البيانات التي نجمعها

أ. بيانات الحساب (عند تسجيل الدخول)

If you create an account, we collect your email address and name. This data is sent to our server to manage your session. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted on your device only.

ب. رمز جهاز Firebase (FCM)

نستخدم خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google لإرسال الإشعارات. يُنشئ Firebase رمزاً مجهولاً للجهاز يُرسل لخادمنا. هذا الرمز لا يعرّفك شخصياً ويُستخدم فقط لإرسال الإشعارات.

ج. رسائل التواصل

إذا استخدمت خاصية التواصل، نتلقى الرسالة التي تكتبها مع البريد الإلكتروني الذي تدخله.

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك فقط

The following data is stored locally and never transmitted:

• privacy_local_notification_prefs
• إعدادات العرض وإمكانية الوصول

الميكروفون والأوامر الصوتية

If you enable the Voice Commands accessibility feature, the app uses your device microphone to recognise spoken Arabic navigation commands.

التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال

This app does not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or any third-party analytics or advertising SDK. We do not track your behaviour inside the app.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض إعلانية أو تجارية. البيانات تُشارك فقط مع Firebase لتوصيل الإشعارات.

أمان البيانات

• تُخزَّن رموز المصادقة باستخدام التشفير على مستوى النظام (Android Keystore).
• جميع الاتصالات بالخادم تتم عبر HTTPS.

حقوقك

If you have created an account, you may request access to or deletion of your data through the Contact Us screen inside the app.

الجمهور المستهدف

هذا التطبيق مصمم ليناسب جمهوراً عاماً. لا يحتوي على محتوى للبالغين أو عنف أو إعلانات.

تغييرات السياسة

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
